Seth Thomas Clock Co. “World”, ca. 1921.  ST made this model in both a 15-day and 30-day version; this is the 30-day version, as indicated on the dial and by the use of an 86W 30-day, double-wind, time-only movement; ST did not make the 30-day version until the 1920’s.  The 32-inch “Old Oak” case has an old and likely original finish, and could use some sprucing up.  Both glasses are modern; in some examples there is gold trim around the lower glass. The dial holds old paint and might also be original, with minimal chipping and fading; the hands are ST issue.  Note the seconds bit.  The clock is running steadily with a proper pendulum and brass beat scale at the bottom, but no label; note the badly tarnished bob.  AAC has sold three 30-day Worlds for an average of $275.  $150–$300.
