Foster Campos coffin clock, 2001.  This is a reproduction of a clock made by Elnathan Taber in 1805; the 33.5-inch mahogany case holds a Kilbourn & Proctor 8-day, time-only banjo movement with a lead weight made by Campos and so marked.  The case is marked ‘9’ in several places, with an ‘01’ stamp on the lower right interior.  The painted dial is signed with the proper hands; it is running strongly.  One sale on LiveAuctioneers in 2017 for $600.  Handsome.  $500–$800.
