266.          $250

Lenzkirch wall clock, ca. 1892.  A 36-inch walnut case with a beautiful finish, proper finials, and old glasses.  The porcelain dial is flawless, the hands appropriate, and the 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement signed and running, striking on a cathedral gong, with the serial number 940207 dating manufacture to around 1892.  A fancy brass pendulum and a maker stamp on the back of the case.  Nothing not to like here.  A great example.  $250–$500.
