253.          $100

Ansonia Clock Co. “Viceroy”, ca. 1904.  A 16-inch tall crystal regulator with a brilliant refinish, four good beveled glasses, and a perfect porcelain dial.  Unfortunately, the time side will not wind, either due to a broken spring or a loose connection.  The strike side seems ok, but I couldn’t get it to strike by advancing the hands.  Finally, one ruby pallet is missing from the visible escapement.  The hands may be replacements. A beautiful example if you have the ability and parts to fix.  $100–$200.

Can I return my clock if I don’t like it?

You betcha!  Save your packing and box, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund if you are unhappy.  If the clock is not as described, or I missed something important and that is not evident from the pictures, I will refund your shipping costs (both ways) as well.  Find another auction company that does that!
