Ansonia “Crystal Regulator No. 3” ca. 1914.  This is the second time I have seen this unusual “opalescent grey” finish on an Ansonia porcelain.  It has hints of pink and green, depending on how you view the clock, and has a pearlescent sheen.  There are four beveled glasses but the gilding has been lost from the brass posts, cross framing, and the interior base.  The flawless porcelain dial is signed and has the Ansonia logo in the middle, the hands are as shown in the catalog illustration (Ly, Ansonia Clocks & Watches, page 135).  The case stands 18 inches tall.  The signed 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement is running and striking as required; there is one ruby and one steel pallet on the escapement.  AAC sold a near-identical example in 2022 for $1200.  $900-$1200.
