240.         $75

E. Ingraham Co. wall clock, ca. 1891.  A 27.5-inch oak case that was refinished some time ago and shows some age.  There are some applied carved elements as well as a metal decoration at the top and working bubble level on the skirt.  This model is not shown in Ly’s book on Ingraham clocks but is similar to the Ducat (page 293).  The door glass is period/original, the glossy dial is paper with some yellowing and is signed; the hands are typical for Ingraham.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is signed and running, striking on a cathedral gong.  There is an alarm hooked up but untested.  An Ingraham pendulum completes the suite; a partial label is on the back, but I can’t make out the model name. $75–$150.
