Seth Thomas Clock Co. “World” 30-day, ca. 1909.  A 32-inch mahogany case with an old, slightly crinkled finish – possibly original.  Both glasses are period, but the putty has been replaced on the dial glass.  The painted 12-inch dial has the ST logo and is in excellent condition; the three hands are ST issue. The 30-day double-wind, time-only  movement is signed and running, with an ST pendulum.  There is a black label (gold lettering) inside.  Please note that I am going on my consignor’s word, and a previous sale record, that this is a 30-day, as I do not know how to differentiate a 30-day from a 15-day.  AAC has sold three 30-day Worlds for an average of $275; all were in oak. $225–$350.
