Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Office Calendar No. 7”, 1888. The 27-inch No. 7 is the little brother to the 32-inch No. 6, and both are modeled after the Office Calendar No. 4.  The case appears to be rosewood (the catalog says it came in rosewood or walnut) with a polished finish; both glasses appear to be original, as are the dials, with some fading and yellowing, and a few chips.  The three hands are Seth Thomas.  The 8-day time-only movement is signed and running; the weekday roller is advancing but the date hand is not and will need attention.  AAC sold this model last summer for $400.  $375-$500.
