Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Chime Clock No. 1”, ca. 1911.  A 14-inch adamantine case playing Westminster chimes on the quarter-hours on four bells.  No noticeable chips to the finish, a signed porcelain dial with proper hands behind a flat glass in the sash.  The 8-day, time, strike, and chime movement is running, striking, and chiming as expected, and of course, the chime is absolutely beautiful (IYKYK).  The chime winding arbor is a bit difficult to access but can be accomplished by pushing it down from inside after taking off the back, a simple operation. Four-bell chimes generally sell for around $250; AAC sold a Chime Clock No. 1 in 2023 for $228.  $200–$300.
