Ansonia Clock Co. “Burton”, ca. 1894.  A 22.5-inch oak case with an old, dark finish.  The door glass is period, the paper dial very toned and signed “Attleboro Clock Co. Attleboro Mass”; the hands are proper.  The 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement is signed Ansonia; it will not run but will strike. Service needed.  A shiny pendulum, no label.  $25–$50.
