Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Lincoln”, 1892. The partner of the Garfield. They look great together as "bookends". The 28-inch walnut case has an old finish and plenty
of patina. The door glass is period/original, the painted dial is likely original as well, with minor flaking. It is clean
and the hands are correct. The trapezoidal Seth Thomas movement is signed and running, although not as strongly as I would like,
and striking on a cathedral gong. There is a proper pendulum stick and a brass bob, along with proper Seth Thomas brass weights. There is a black illegible label inside on the bottom and a manufacture date stamped on the back. AAC sold a Lincoln in 2022
for $600. $500–$750.
