Junghans chiming wall clock, ca. 1908. A 32-inch walnut
case with a clean finish. There are carvings on the front and a pendulum well with a door and glass. The silvered dial
is clean, the hands appropriate, the dial glass convex. The Junghans time, strike, and chime movement is signed and running
strongly with a very slow-strike Westminster chime on the quarter-hours and counting the hours with a bim-bam strike, all on five
rods. The hammers will need slight adjustments to give the best sounds. A small label on the back. $200–$400.
