ProClocks Ithaca Skeleton Box Clock REPRODUCTION, ca. 2005. The Ithaca Calendar Clock Co. manufactured a limited number of these clocks in the 1880’s and ProClocks, under the auspices of Robert Crowder, reproduced them in China in the early 2000’s.  The oak case is 24 inches tall with ebonized trim and four glasses. The finial on top is a close replica of the finial found on the “Stand Alone” model of the Ithaca original, as is the clock itself. The clock sits on a wooden base that can be lifted out of the case.  There are no identification markings on the clock or case.  The clock is running, 8 days, time-and-strike, and the calendars are advancing.  Originals sell for $9000 and up; reproductions like this one sell for $300–$500.  $250–$500.
