Poole Manufacturing Co. Inc. “The Melrose Model 20”, ca. 1928. A 10-inch black Bakelite case over a battery-operated electromechanical movement that runs on three D-size batteries.  It is running strongly (but batteries not included).  The signed, silvered dial shows some wear and staining.  I could not find a model or serial number, but this model is shown in Ly American Clocks Vol. 2 on page 171; there are no sales on LiveAuctioneers, but one in 2008 at RO Schmitt for $200.  $100–$200.
