Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Ship’s Bell”, ca. 1884. A 10.5-inch
one-day, lever movement that strikes ship’s bells with two hammers. The case is brass on a wooden backboard; the dial is
silvered with light wear, the hands correct. Neither the dial nor the movement are signed that I can see. It
is running and striking, and there is a good label on the back. AAC sold a similar example in 2024 for $276. $100–$300.
