S. Marti & Cie crystal regulator, ca. 1889.  A 13-inch brass case with four beveled glasses and a visible escapement with jeweled pallets.  The brass could use a light polishing.  The two-part dial is porcelain with proper hands.  The 8-day round pendule de Paris movement has a Marti gold medal stamp and the retailers name (in Paris) stamped in the back.  It is running and striking on the standing gong, with a sealed mercury pendulum. $100–$200.
