Wm. Gilbert Clock Co. “Pendant”, ca. 1875.  A 34-inch walnut case with an old, clean finish.  The four finials are correct, the door glass is period/original.  The metal dial has been repainted, the hands are correct.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is signed although the die-stamp is very faint; it is running, striking on a nickel bell.  The pendulum is as shown in the catalog illustration (Ly, Gilbert Clocks, page 131).  AAC sold one in 2022 for $160.   $125-$200.
