Terry & Andrews cottage, 1842-1850. A 15.5-inch cottage with rosewood veneer and half-round trim, with a clean, glossy finish.  Both glasses are period/original, the tablet with losses.  The metal dial holds old paint with some chipping and soiling, the hands are probably replacements. The Terry & Andrews 8-day, time-and-strike lyre movement is running and striking on a wire gong and there is a dark label on the backwall.  $50–$150.
