New Haven Clock Co. “Winnipec Regulator”, ca. 1889.  A relatively small wall clock, 35 inches in length in walnut with a newer finish; the six finials are as shown in the catalog illustration on page 154 of Ly, New Haven Clocks & Watches for the 1889 edition. The tip of the bottom center finial has been broken off and repaired.  The door glass and two side lights are old, as are the painted dial and hands.  There is soiling and fading to the dial.  The signed New Haven 8-day, time-only movement is running without problem; the pendulum is a modern replacement.  There is a very dark label on the back at the bottom.  AAC sold a Winnipec in 2024 for $200.  $100–$200.
