Atkins Clock Co. “Octagon Top”, ca. 1875.  A 10-inch miniature with good rosewood veneer and a light patina.  I think the glasses have been replaced, but the dial glass is old and the lower glass shows a gilt image of a cannon and cannon balls draped with an American flag.  The dial has been repainted, the hands are acceptable.  The small, 30-hour, time-only movement is unsigned but was designed by the Atkins Clock Co. It is running strongly.  There is a good label inside.  AAC has sold several of this model in the last several years, most recently for $175.  $75–$200.
