150.           $250

Ithaca Calendar Clock Co. “No. 11 Octagon”, 1875–1910. A 21-inch walnut case with an old finish and much patina.  The door glass is old/original, the paper dial mask is old but may be a replacement, as it is in very good condition.  The time hands are probably replacements and are not quite as shown in the catalog illustration (Ly, Calendar Clocks, page 142).  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement was made by Welch for the ICCC; it is running and striking on the iron bell as expected, regulated by a nickel pendulum bob.  The calendars are advancing. A nice example.  AAC sold a No. 11 Octagon in 2020 for $285.  $250–$350.
