Waterbury Clock Co. “Crane” store clock, ca. 1906. A 37-inch oak case with an old finish.  Dial glass is period/original, the lower glass a modern replacement.  The dial is worn paper, signed, with proper hands.  The 8-day, time-only movement is Waterbury, and is probably running but the pendulum hanger is incorrect, and the pendulum cannot be hung.  I believe the problem lies in the movement, although it shows no signs of being replaced.  The pendulum bob is old and worn.  A partial label on the back.  Gonna need some parts to fix this clock.  Incidentally, the glass, with black lettering and a black dog, is a very poor choice for this clock, given the black background.  Woof.  $50-$100.
