Vincenti & Cie alabaster portico clock, ca. 1890.  A clean 15.75-inch white alabaster case with no chips; the only crack I see, below the ‘6’, may be natural. The 5-inch porcelain dial has brass Breguet hands and an outside escapement with ruby pallets.  The brass bezel holds a period beveled glass.  The pendule de Paris movement bears a medal stamp with the maker’s name inside; it is running and striking on a brass bell.  The large pendulum bob has a single rhinestone in the middle and can be seen through the lower glass.  $200-$400.
