100. $150
Waterbury Clock Co. “Oswego Calendar”, ca.
1900. A double-dial calendar clock in a 27.75-inch oak pressed-wood case with an old finish and some crustiness. The door
glass is old/original as well, with scattered losses to the black background on the dial surround. The dials are paper, possibly
original, certainly old; both are signed. The 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement is unsigned and will run only briefly;
it strikes correctly and the calendar advances without problem. There are labels in good condition on the back. Half-a-dozen
sales on LiveAuctioneers, most recently in 2020 at Tom Harris for $300. $150-$300.
