This is a blind, or sealed-bid sale that runs for two weeks, closing at midnight on August 14.  Items in this limited auction include books, parts, miscellaneous items, and inexpensive clocks.  Bids should be submitted on the form-fillable PDF bid form linked below; winning bidders will be notified by email or phone on August 15.  Please note that there are NO BID INCREMENTS in this auction - the bid you play is the price you pay if you are the high bidder. 
 
There is a buyer's premium on all sales: 15% on invoices less than $1000; 10% on invoices over $1000.  Purchases made in the July auction count toward the $1000 minimum here; if your invoice from the July auction was $1000 or more, your buyer's premium here is just 10%.  If your July invoice was less than $1000 but your winning bids in this auction bring your total to $1000 or more, you will be charged the 10% rate on all purchases (July and August), and the 5% surcharge on the July auction will be credited here.  How can you beat that?!? 
 
Items that don't sell in this auction can be purchased afterwards for the minimum + premium.

 How does this work?

Have you studied the catalog and found an item or two that you need?  Now you need to submit a bid form.  Be sure you have reviewed the first page of the Detailed Instructions so you understand how to bid.  Then download the bid form (below), fill it out with your items and bids, and add any instructions or conditions on your bids.  Then email it back to me atAnAmClocks@gmail.com and I'll acknowledge receipt promptly!  Be sure it is in my hands by midnight on August 14.  If you use postal mail allow five business days for delivery.  I cannot accept faxes, photo images, or phone call bids.

Here is the AUGUST bid form in a form-fillable PDF format: Click on the link and it will either download to your computer (in your downloads folder) or will open in a new window in your browser.  Modern browsers (e.g., Chrome) will allow you to fill it out in your browser window and then save, with your changes, to your computer.  Then simply send it back to me by email or postal mail.  BE SURE YOU ARE USING THE AUGUST BID FORM!
You can also fill it out in a PDF reader (Adobe Reader) or any PDF editor program.  If that still doesn't work, print out the form and fill out by hand, scan, and send back to me! 
Please note, I can no longer accept photo images of your bid form, so please don't send me texts (or emails) with a smartphone image of your completed bid form.   
 
Are you still stuck?  Just send me an email with the following information: Name, mailing address, preferred phone number, and email address.  List your bids by catalog number and short title, with bid amount.  I'll take it from there!
