US Clock Co. Nicholas Muller figural No. 180, ca. 1880.  I can’t find a name for this 21-inch spelter figural from the Nicholas Muller foundry; it holds an 8-day, time-and-strike movement from the U.S. Clock Co. in NY.  The name of the manufacturer is faintly stamped into a crossbar on the movement, the casting number is behind the bezel.   The finish is original, with some wear.  The paper dial shows considerable wear, the hands are appropriate.  There is new glass in the polished bezel.  It is running and striking on a brass bell.  $50-$150.
