Waltham Watch Co. “Partners Clock”, ca. 1925. A 4-inch nickel and brass art deco case with opposite facing dials.  This finish is good, with light wear.  The dials appear to be paper (I did not disassemble) with light soiling; the hands are period and proper, with two flat beveled glasses.  The 8-day lever-spring clock winds on the bottom and if you pull the winding handle out it allows you to set the time.  The clock runs for a while and stops.  $50–$150.
