Franz Hermle & Sohn (FHS) shelf clock, ca. 1980. A second example, this one with a false marquet finish with false wood inlays.  The ornaments are brass, the dial again with cartouche numbering on an embossed brass background.  One number plaque notes “Made in Italy”.   The 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement was made by Hermle and is running, a bit weakly, striking two overhead bells on the hours and half hours. $50–$150.
