Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Regulator No. 6” REISSUE, 1977.  A classic, reissued and every bit as nice as an 1885 edition.  The 47-inch walnut case has a clean finish, a good dial, proper hands; the signed ST movement is running without issue, with a proper brass weight and pendulum.  There is a white label in the bottom of the case that shows that this is number 296 of 4000 clocks made.  The simple, elegant styling of this clock fits with any interior decor.   AAC sold one two years ago for $500; the average of four sales by AAC for this reissue is $519.  $400–$600.
