Rotary tape measure clock, ca. 1940.  A 5-inch desktop clock that is 3 inches tall.  I believe it has been repainted.  It winds on the bottom and is fully wound but will not run and I did not open it.  There is no maker’s name.  AAC sold two last winter for $75 apiece.  $10–$50.
