The E. Ingraham Co. “Treasure” banjo, ca. 1934. A 38-inch banjo clock with dark mahogany case in need of cleaning and polish; the two glasses are in great condition and depict pirates digging up treasure on an island south of Florida.  There are brass side-arms and gold balls on the bottom; the eagle finial is dull.  The dial glass is convex; the dial shows excessive wear, the hands are correct.  The signed 8-day, time-and-strike pendulum movement is running and striking on two rods, on one rod on the half-hour and counting the hours on both rods (ding-dong). This is not an uncommon clock and has long been popular, selling for $150–$300 in recent years.  $100–$250.
