Ansonia Clock Co. “Bagdad”, ca. 1904. A 49.5-inch walnut case with a clean finish; the door glass and side glasses are period. The dial is signed paper, slightly
yellowed and light wear, with proper hands. This clock has a double-spring, time-only movement that runs 8 days; the movement
has nickel plates and is signed. It is running without effort with a proper pendulum. There is a worn label on the back
at the bottom. Three recent sales by AAC, ranging from $400 to $550; a popular model. $350–$550.
