New Haven Clock Co. “Bank Calendar”,ca. 1911. A 33-inch oak case with an old refinish and a medium stain. The dial glass, dial pan, and paper dial are new,
with the New Haven logo and name at the bottom; the hands are acceptable replacements. The lower glass is period/original, with
gilt trim and Regulator lettering. The 8-day time-only calendar movement is signed and running, and the calendar hand is advancing. Pendulum and bob appear to be original and there is a label on the back. The trim carvings on this example differ from those
shown in the catalog illustration (Ly, New Haven Clocks & Watches, page 163). AAC sold a Bank Calendar last winter for $100. $100–$200.
