New Haven Clock Co. “Bank Calendar”,ca. 1911.  A 33-inch oak case with an old refinish and a medium stain.  The dial glass, dial pan, and paper dial are new, with the New Haven logo and name at the bottom; the hands are acceptable replacements.  The lower glass is period/original, with gilt trim and Regulator lettering.  The 8-day time-only calendar movement is signed and running, and the calendar hand is advancing. Pendulum and bob appear to be original and there is a label on the back.  The trim carvings on this example differ from those shown in the catalog illustration (Ly, New Haven Clocks & Watches, page 163).  AAC sold a Bank Calendar last winter for $100. $100–$200.
