E Ingraham & Co. “Doric”, ca. 1880.  A 16-inch case that has been refinished to show the birdseye maple veneer on the sides, the burl trim in front, and the mahogany half-round trim on the door.  Both glasses are original, the tablet has been touched up nicely.  The dial has a new signed paper replacement, the hands are matched but not proper for this model.  The 30-hour time-and-strike movement is signed and running, striking on a wire gong.  A good label inside.  $50–$150.
