103.               $400

E. Terry & Sons pillar & scroll, 1823-1831.  A fourth example of this model, also restored by Jeff Villet.  Polished mahogany veneer, 31 inches tall with the brass urn finials on steel posts; no repairs to the case, including the scroll tips, that I can discern.  The dial glass is original, the lower glass modern.  The wooden dial is clean with good spandrel decorations and proper period hands. The wooden 30-hour, time-and-strike movement is running and striking as expected on an iron bell with two period weights and an old pendulum bob.  A good label inside, new tin dust covers over the pulleys, and a working door lock and key.  Beautiful, at a great price.  $400–$500.

Can I return my clock if I don’t like it?

Absolutely!  Save your packing and box, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund if you are unhappy.  If the clock is not as described, or I missed something important and that is not evident from the pictures, I will refund your shipping costs (both ways) as well.  Find another auction company that does that!
