Lenzkirch porcelain shelf clock, ca. 1885.  A 16.5-inch porcelain case with brass ornamentation including an eagle on a globe at the top.  The dial glass is beveled over a porcelain dial with some hairlines and fancy hands.  The 8-day round movement is signed Lenzkirch with the number 47 stamped onto the back and on the pendulum, and the serial number 905557.  It is running with limited enthusiasm and striking on a nickel bell on the hours and half-hours.  $175–$250.
