Miniature round gothic, ca. 1976.  AAC had two of these miniatures in the January auction; the maker is unknown, but on the back is a large script ‘D’ with a ‘T’ in the middle.  The 11.5-inch-tall case is either rosewood or mahogany with ripple trim on the front.  The dial was painted by George Vidmar, the glass painter unknown.  There is a small 30-hour, time-only, unsigned movement inside that is running vigorously.  No label to be found.  Cute as a button.  $250–$500.

Here are some typical charges for delivery to the eastern half of the US:

Small clocks – under 20 inches tall:  $50 but may be shipped.

Medium clocks – under 25 inches: $100

Full-size clocks – under 35 inches: $150

Large clocks (most wall clocks, triple deckers) – under 40 inches: $200

Oversize clocks – up to 60 inches: $250–$300

Jeweler’s regulators – $400

Tall case clocks and standing regulators – $500
