Oswald rolling eye Scottie dog, ca. 1930?  The ever-popular rolling eye Scottie, where the left eye shows the hour and the right eye the minute.  This guy is a little beat up, with some poor chip repairs, including on the left eyebrow and the nose.  The metal plate over the 1-day backwind movement says Germany, but that is the only indication of manufacture.  It will tick for a few seconds, probably more if you remove the back cover and apply some oil.  It’s kinda cute the way the eyes rotate, even if you can’t tell what time it is.  $100–$200.
