(reissue), 1976. A 34-inch clean walnut case, made in May of 1976 in commemoration of the US bicentennial. This is number
444 of several thousand made until the 1990’s. There are no issues with this clock; the case, glasses, and dial are all unblemished. The 8-day time-and-strike movement is signed and numbered, as is the case, weight shield, and dial board. It is running like
a champ. Nothing not to like. Prices for the reissues vary greatly; I’ll start this one at $600. $600–$900.
