New Haven Clock Co. “Jasper” glass ball clock, ca. 1913.  A 2.75-inch diameter glass ball clock with a jeweled bezel.  The globe is without chips or scratches and all the jewels are present. The porcelain dial has blue numbering and correct hands; I wound it up and off it went, with a 1-day lever-spring movement. There is a flat surface on the back so it doesn’t roll off when sitting on your desk; you can also hang if from a watch hanger, as shown on pages 414–415 of Ly, New Haven Clocks & Watches.  Not uncommon on LiveAuctioneers, search for “New Haven ball clock”. $150-$250.
