Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Arcade”, ca. 1913. A 24-inch gallery clock with
an 18-inch dial and a 30-day, time-only, double-wind spring-driven movement (ST No. 86T). The case is oak with a clean
finish, the glass is old, the original signed dial is beginning to get flaky. The hands are correct to this model. The
clock is running, but slightly out of plumb. There is no label; there is a drop-down door at the bottom that allows you to access
the pendulum. The Arcade came in four sizes; this is the smallest. AAC has sold three of this size in the last few
years for an average of $352. $300–$400.
