211. $300
Vienna two-weight wall clock, ca. 1900. A 53-inch case with an ornately
carved top and base, including ball finials on the bottom. The finish is nicely polished. The door glass is old and wavy,
the left side glass has a piece broken out. The dial is porcelain without any cracks or chips, the hands are ornate. The
weight-driven movement mounts on posts and should run 8 days, striking on a single rod on the hours and half-hours. I cannot
identify the trademark logo on the back; there is also a serial number. It is running and striking but is out of plumb. Two old brass weights and a large pendulum. A nice example. $300-$500.
