Seth Thomas “Empire” crystal regulator, ca. 1910. This example is not in Ly’s books so I don’t have a name for it.  It is 12.25 inches tall with four good, beveled glasses and some wear and tarnish to the case.  The dial is porcelain, the hands correct.  It is running, possibly 15 days, and striking the cathedral gong on the hours and half-hours.  The dial is signed and the ST logo is on the back of the movement.  $50-$150.
