Ansonia Clock Co. “Surrey”, ca. 1910.  A 10.5-inch brass case with a “Colonial Brass Finish” and an 8-day half-hour gong strike movement.  Originally it had a brass dial; this one is glossy paper, with proper hands, and sits behind a flat beveled glass.  It is running and striking.  Some loss to the brass finish on top, and the rear door is a handmade replacement.  These always show wear after 110 years.  $100-$150.
