Ansonia Brass & Copper Co. sculptured metal-front, 1869-1877.  A 16.5-inch clock that is not shown in Ly’s book on Ansonia clocks, although the case-front here is the same as that used on Mustang (page 373).  The figural topper (a youth with a scythe and armful of wheat) is not shown; it mounts on top of the wooden box and is separate from the spelter metal case-front.  Both have been painted/touched up.  The dial glass is old, the bezel polished brass, the dial yellowed paper, the hands likely replacements.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is signed N Pomeroy, Bristol, CT; it is running and striking on the steel bell.  $50-$150.
