Waterbury Clock Co. “Cute” carriage clock, ca. 1902. Although not the smallest carriage clock Waterbury made, it is close at 3.75 inches tall (with the handle up), in “Rich Roman gold
plating” that is now mostly worn off, revealing the coppery base. There are three beveled glasses and an “ivory” dial with the
Waterbury logo and name. It has a one-day backwind movement that only ticks for a few seconds. You could carry this guy
in your shirt pocket; it originally came with a leather carrying case. $50-$150.
