Bradley & Hubbard iron-front, ca. 1870. A large
(22-inch) iron-front with a floral decoration on the front and courting couples in archways on either side. No foundry stamp
that I can find, and I cannot find a name for this model. “Bradley & Hubbard, Meriden, Conn” is printed on the paper label,
the hands and glass are old replacements. The porthole glass is original. The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is unsigned,
running and striking as expected. A B&H label inside. $100-$200.
