E. Ingraham Co. “Doric Extra”, ca. 1880.  A 16-inch case veneered in rosewood with a clean finish.  Both glasses are old but are replacements; the gilt tablet is bright and rebacked.  The dial is old paper with some wear, the hands correct replacements with a repair to the minute hand.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is signed and running, striking on a wire gong.  There is a good label inside and an Ingraham key.  $50-$100.
