Hol-5. $50
Ansonia Clock Co. gallery clock, ca. 1914. The oak
case is 16 inches in diameter with an 11-inch dial. The dial glass is old, the bezel has come unattached from the hinge and
will need to be repaired with solder or a strong glue. The dial is paper on a thin iron pan, it looks original; the dial has
the Ansonia logo and some staining and wear. The 8-day, time-only, pendulum movement will not run and will need adjustment. There is a door on the bottom to reach the pendulum. There is no label. I cannot find this model in Ly’s book on Ansonia
clocks, although similar but larger clocks are shown on page 202. $50-$100.
