Jerome & Co. 30-hour OG, ca. 1860.  A 26-inch OG case with flame mahogany veneer, clean but unpolished.  The dial glass is modern, the lower glass period/original with a lithograph image of Melrose Abbey in Scotland; the image has lost much of the sky above the abbey but is otherwise in good shape.  The metal dial is clean, the hands appropriate.  The unsigned movement will neither run nor strike, but I see nothing missing or broken. There are two period 30-hour weights (you can decline the weights for a $10 credit).  The label is good.  $50-$150.
